SL#3: The System That Keeps You Fit
A travel tip to keep your habits alive—no gym needed!
You’re not gonna like this one.
Just know that once you read this, you’ll have no excuses.
No more “I was on holiday” or “Travelling for work” or “I couldn’t choose my meals”. None of that bullcrap.
I’m in a tropical town in the Yucatan peninsula. Close to, but not quite the coast.
Visiting a friend.
I flew in overnight. Woke up early to work, and been on the grind for a couple days.
I don’t have access to a gym, the food here is weird —michellin worthy, but weird.
And I’m not in the least worried about my gains, my belly, my weight, or anything like that.
Why?
Because I have a system that does the calorie-counting and thinking for me.
I’ve done this for so long it’s imprinted on my mind.
I can’t not be healthy.
And I know you might think “Well, that’s because you’ve been fit for years”, when in fact it’s the other way around.
I’ve been fit for years because of my systems.
Easy to follow, fit my lifestyle, work perfect. And the more I follow them, the easier it is do keep doing it.
My clients get top tier systems from me, but you don’t have to be a client of mine to get help.
I have tons of resources you can use without paying a cent.
However, they’re not free. The price is commitment.

One Tip You Can Use Today
I won’t let you leave empty-handed. Try this next time you travel or eat out.
Protein First: Pick a protein-rich dish —chicken, beef, tuna, salmon, pork, and eat it first. Then you can dig in on the rice, pasta or whatever carbs you choose with a free conscience.
Water Always: Drink water constantly throughout the day, especially if you fly. Planes will dehydrate you heavily, and water keeps the body running efficiently.
If you have a specific problem you want consulting on, we can set up a one-on-one call.
Yours truly,
Diego
